Supporting staff and celebrating success is foundational for moving the division forward to the future we want for all students. This year’s conference is designed to encourage leaders to reflect on their impact on the lives of others and school outcomes. Learning experiences will focus on equipping leaders with the knowledge and understanding necessary to champion the change envisioned in the division’s strategic framework, Compass to 2025.

Welcome to the 2022 Summer Leadership Conference where we will come together to learn with and from each other as we build our capacity to…

  • Create an optimal learning and working environment in which all staff and students feel seen, heard, known and loved;
  • Cultivate a sense of belonging and inclusion; and

  • Celebrate the actions of students and staff that exemplify our core values.

Registration is currently open to school administrators.  All other invited guests may begin registering on June 28, 2022.
