Supporting staff and celebrating success is foundational for moving the division forward to the future we want for all students. This year’s conference is designed to encourage leaders to reflect on their impact on the lives of others and school outcomes. Learning experiences will focus on equipping leaders with the knowledge and understanding necessary to champion the change envisioned in the division’s strategic framework, Compass to 2025.

Meaningful Feedback for Student Engagement (ROOM B121) FULL

In this session participants will define “Meaningful Feedback” and explore how it can be applied to support behavior, SEL competencies, and instruction to increase student engagement. Attendees will explore simple, common tech tools and techniques that can aid in delivering meaningful feedback to students and develop an action plan to provide increased feedback for the 2022-2023 school year.
